Wholesale Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives – UniCure Pharmaceutical Limited (Nationwide, Nigeria)
UniCure Pharmaceutical Limited is currently recruiting Wholesale Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to join its expanding sales team across multiple states in Nigeria. This is a full-time opportunity for motivated and target-driven individuals seeking to build a career in pharmaceutical sales.
Locations:
Lagos, Oyo, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Kwara, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti, Kogi, Kebbi, Zamfara, Bauchi, Kano, Sokoto & other states.
Role Overview
The Sales Representatives will be responsible for driving product distribution, onboarding new wholesale customers, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, pharmacies, and key stakeholders within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new wholesale customers
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and pharmacies
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Promote pharmaceutical products within designated territories
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
- Submit periodic sales and performance reports
Requirements
For Candidates with Pharmaceutical/FMCG Sales Experience:
- Minimum of OND/HND in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields
- 1–2 years relevant sales experience
For Candidates without Industry Experience:
- B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
General Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer relationship and sales abilities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the preferred state
