💼 POSITION: ASSOCIATE – GOVERNANCE, RISK & COMPLIANCE (GRC)

Successful candidates will join the Governance, Risk & Compliance team at Pentagon Partners LP and contribute to legal and compliance-related assignments while gaining valuable professional experience.

The opportunity is open to lawyers with 1–10 years of post-call experience who have a strong interest in GRC, legal research, regulatory matters, compliance, and corporate governance.

📌 KEY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants are expected to meet the following requirements:

✅ Must be called to the Nigerian Bar and remain in good standing.

✅ Must demonstrate strong legal research skills, with the ability to analyse laws, regulations, policies, and other legal materials effectively.

✅ Must possess excellent legal drafting and writing skills, including strong attention to detail.

✅ Must have a genuine and demonstrable interest in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).

✅ Must be able to work professionally, collaboratively, and effectively within a team environment.

✅ Candidates should have between 1 and 10 years of post-call legal experience.

📍 Location Requirement: Applicants must reside in Lagos or Owerri, as the position is intended for candidates based in these locations.
