Job Summary
The Partnerships Manager will build and manage strategic partnerships with processors, TVET institutions, enterprise support organizations, government agencies, financial institutions, and organizations of persons with disabilities. The role focuses on inclusive sourcing, backward integration, and policy engagement to support food processing and waste to value activities. The position will support job creation for young women and persons with disabilities and serve as an external representative for the project.
Key Responsibilities
Build partnerships with TVET institutions for recruitment, training, internships, and curriculum alignment
Engage enterprise support organizations and business associations for business development services and mentorship
Maintain relationships with government agencies and support policy advocacy on inclusion and fair labor practices
Collaborate with organizations of persons with disabilities to recruit participants and improve accessibility
Monitor partnership performance and document lessons learned and success stories
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with at least five years of experience
Experience creating job opportunities for youth women and marginalized groups
Experience in agriculture food processing or agribusiness preferred
Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in English with advantage for Hausa Yoruba or Igbo

Travel
Up to fifty percent across implementation states
