Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Location: Niger State
Salary: N460,000 Monthly Net
Our client is an African-inspired Non-Governmental Development Organization committed to complementing government efforts to improve the quality of human life. The organization’s main focus is on Neglected Tropical Diseases.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems across program portfolios. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with multi-location programs, and the ability to provide evidence-based recommendations for program improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Four to six years of experience in monitoring and evaluation within development programs.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks for multi-location or multi-stakeholder programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, surveys, and monitoring instruments.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations to improve program delivery and outcomes.
- Offer technical M&E support to implementing partners and field teams.
- Ensure continuous learning and improvement within program portfolios.
