π About the Program
The Community Health Champions Program is a youth-focused capacity-building initiative designed to strengthen community health systems across Northern Nigeria.
Through virtual training and community-based engagement, the program aims to train 50 Community Health Champions across Kano, Kaduna, Jigawa, Katsina, Sokoto, and Kebbi States to become advocates for:
- Health promotion
- Disease prevention
- Positive health-seeking behaviors

KCDI is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to serve as short-term facilitators who will:
- Deliver engaging virtual training sessions
- Share practical knowledge and real-world experience
- Mentor participants and support their learning journey
