💼 Role Overview
As a Field Verification Officer, you’ll conduct on-ground investigations to verify customer and business information before financial services (like loans) are approved. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in the field.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- 🏪 Visit businesses to assess operations, inventory, and turnover
- 🏠 Verify residential and business addresses physically
- 👥 Confirm details of guarantors and references
- 📋 Prepare accurate reports on verification findings
- 🔍 Identify inconsistencies or fraud risks
- ⏱️ Ensure all verifications meet timelines and company SOPs
🎓 Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc or HND in a business-related field
- Strong knowledge of your local area/geography
- At least 2 years experience in credit risk or verification (advantage)
