Wema Bank Plc is seeking a motivated and result-driven Commercial Relationship Management Officer to join its dynamic sales team in Abuja. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with both commercial and retail customers while identifying and developing new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
The officer will be responsible for actively engaging prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking solutions. In addition, the role involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities to ensure the bank remains competitive and innovative in its service delivery. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and overall portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree in any discipline (additional qualifications are an advantage)
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or banking
- Professional certification (CIBN) is required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work effectively in teams and lead when necessary
