Job Opportunity Ward Supervisors at Talent Lab

Talent Lab is recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Ward Supervisors to support public health interventions at the community level across Kebbi Sokoto Zamfara Katsina Kano Yobe and Borno States.

This opportunity is offered on behalf of a client implementing community based health programs.

The Ward Supervisors will be responsible for supporting the implementation of primary health care interventions within assigned wards. Key responsibilities include conducting routine immunization supportive supervision for fixed and outreach sessions planning and implementing cross border health activities and completing and validating retirement documents submitted to the Local Government Area consultant on a weekly basis.

Applicants must be indigenes or current residents of the assigned ward and must be between the ages of 25 and 50 years.

Preference will be given to candidates who are ad hoc health workers within their communities and have prior experience supporting public health interventions.

Experience with polio programs is an added advantage. Candidates must not be current staff members of any sub partner organizations including GGHN Medicaid or ACE.

Successful candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills the ability to work within community structures and a commitment to improving public health outcomes.
