YouthHub Africa is pleased to invite applications for Cohort 3 of the Social Impact Academy (SIA)—a capacity-building program designed to equip young Nigerians with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience required to design, implement, and scale impactful social change initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 agenda.
About the Program
There is a growing interest among young Nigerians to contribute meaningfully to social impact and sustainable development. However, limited access to essential technical and non-technical skills continues to hinder many from translating their passion into tangible, scalable solutions.
The Social Impact Academy (SIA) is a two-week intensive program that addresses this gap by providing participants with hands-on training, mentorship, and practical tools to drive sustainable social change within their communities.
Program Focus Areas
- Social Entrepreneurship: Building and sustaining initiatives that address social challenges
- Project Planning and Management: Designing, executing, and evaluating impactful projects
- Practical Skill Development: Hands-on learning and real-world application
Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to applicants who meet the following requirements:
- Young Nigerians aged 18–35 years
- Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria
- Must be able to commit to at least 90% class attendance
