Emerging Leaders Fellowship is a one-year, fully funded leadership program designed for the world’s most promising emerging leaders who are committed to driving systems change in lower-income communities around the world. The fellowship includes a two-week, immersive Leadership Institute in Nairobi, Kenya, along with mentorship, peer exchange, and thoughtfully designed virtual convenings throughout the year.
We are seeking leaders who meet the following criteria:
- Founder, Co-Founder, Executive Director, or senior leader with primary decision-making responsibility for a nonprofit or community-based organization
- Organization has been operating for at least three years
- Work is focused on serving severely under-resourced communities
- Leading a clearly defined project or initiative with specific goals and activities
- Committed to long-term leadership within their organization and community
