The Centre for Social Cohesion, Peace and Empowerment (CENSCOPE) is a non-profit organization committed to promoting self-sustainability, equality, and social justice within communities. Established in 2014, the organization was founded to provide support, relief, and empowerment to victims of armed conflict and natural disasters across Nigeria.
As part of our ongoing projects, we are seeking passionate, qualified, and dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles.

- Project Officer
- MHPSS (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support) Officer
- Case Management Supervisor
- Case Worker
- CFS (Child Friendly Space) Animator
- Community Mobilizer
Qualifications
- Minimum of BSc or HND in a relevant field
- Relevant experience in humanitarian, community development, or social work roles is an added advantage
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong counselling and active listening skills
- Ability to manage distressing and sensitive situations with professionalism
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Knowledge of referral pathways and community-based services
- Cultural sensitivity, empathy, and compassion
- High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
