🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key distribution channels including:
- Institutional sales
- Open market networks
- HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share
- Build strong relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure high standards of customer service and account management
- Drive sales performance and volume targets
✅ Qualifications & Experience
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role (must be within a rice or flour mill)
- Strong experience managing institutional, open market, and HORECA channels
- Proven track record in sales growth and market expansion
- Excellent skills in:
- Negotiation & sales closure
- Key account management
- Team leadership
