PROGRAM OVERVIEW

THE SAKHAROV COMMUNITY
Upon successful completion of the fellowship, participants will be formally inducted into the Sakharov Community. This elite international network of human rights defenders provides ongoing support, global visibility, and collaborative opportunities for alumni across the world.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Applicants must be active human rights defenders.
• Candidates must be nationals and residents of a non-EU country.
• Applicants must demonstrate a proven track record of commitment to the promotion and protection of human rights.
• Proficiency in English is required to participate in the training modules.
