1. Supervisor, Schools
Location: North West Nigeria
Department: Schools Group
Role Summary
The Schools Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day professional development, performance management, and instructional coaching of school leaders and teachers across assigned schools. This is a field-based role requiring daily school visits and close engagement with parents, communities, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
– Supervise and coach school leaders on instructional quality, school management, enrollment, and staff performance
– Conduct structured classroom and school observations using data and rubrics
– Use multiple data sources to drive improvements in teaching, learning, and school operations
– Ensure schools meet learning outcome targets, financial sustainability, and regulatory requirements
– Lead professional development sessions and induction training for school staff
– Support community engagement, parent relations, and school events
– Ensure exam preparedness and compliance with government standards
Requirements
– Undergraduate degree (B.Ed or Master’s degree is an advantage)
– Teaching experience strongly preferred
– Proven experience in coaching, mentorship, and team leadership
– Strong data-driven decision-making skills
– Willingness to travel daily and work in dynamic environments
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
2. Regional Manager, Schools
Location: North West Nigeria
Department: Schools Leadership
Role Summary
The Regional Manager, Schools oversees the performance of multiple schools through the direct management and coaching of Schools Supervisors. This role holds full accountability for operational excellence, instructional quality, and learning outcomes across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and coach Schools Supervisors to deliver high-performing schools
– Ensure instructional leadership, positive school culture, and strong student retention
– Own performance metrics for all schools in the territory
– Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, community leaders, and parents
– Support training development by translating field insights into improved systems and processes
– Maintain consistent presence in schools and communities
Requirements
– Education degree (mandatory)
– Minimum of 5 years professional experience
– Strong people management and field leadership experience
– Proven ability to drive results in complex environments
– Highly data-driven, organized, and process-oriented
– Experience working with government and community stakeholders

3. Director, Policy and Partnerships
Location: North West Nigeria
Department: Policy & Partnerships
Role Summary
The Director, Policy & Partnerships leads government engagement and stakeholder management for large-scale education transformation programs. This role owns government relationships, ensures program delivery, and sustains partnerships critical to long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead engagement with state and local government stakeholders
– Manage policy alignment, governance structures, and program reporting
– Oversee partnership and programme management teams
– Coordinate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and public engagements
– Act as primary liaison between government partners and NewGlobe
– Support program expansion, renewal, and impact sustainability
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
– Minimum 4 years experience in government program delivery or account management
– Proven stakeholder and relationship management experience
– Experience working with Ministries of Education preferred
– Strong political acumen, diplomacy, and communication skills
– Ability to balance social impact with operational delivery

4. Director, Schools
Location: North West Nigeria

Role Summary
The Director, Schools is accountable for the overall performance of all schools within the territory. This includes instructional quality, school management, staff development, enrollment growth, regulatory compliance, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage Regional Managers, Supervisors, and school leadership teams
– Drive instructional excellence and improved learning outcomes using data
– Ensure effective teacher coaching, school leadership development, and staff pipeline building
– Maintain financial discipline and prevent fraud across school operations
– Engage government officials, parents, and community stakeholders
– Ensure compliance with national regulations and exam requirements
Requirements
– Proven senior leadership and field management experience
– Strong belief in data-driven decision-making
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Undergraduate or Master’s degree
– Fluency in English; Hausa proficiency is an advantage
