Role Summary
T.E.A.M Nigeria Ltd is hiring an experienced Logistics Officer to support its railway infrastructure project. The role focuses on data entry, logistics documentation, reporting, and inventory tracking, requiring strong Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of logistics and inventory records
- Maintain and update logistics databases, registers, and spreadsheets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel
- Track incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and supplies
- Verify logistics documents before system entry
- Maintain proper filing of electronic and physical records
- Update inventory records and monitor stock movements
- Reconcile logistics data and report discrepancies
- Support stock verification and inventory audits
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of logistics data
- Perform additional logistics and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in logistics administration, documentation, or data entry
Skills:
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Additional Advantage:
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
Location Requirement:
- Must reside in Kano State
