POSITION: IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR

TAConnect is recruiting an Implementation Coordinator for Laerdal Global Health to support efforts aimed at helping more mothers and newborns survive and thrive.

The successful candidate will work with State Ministries of Health, health facilities and implementing partners to deliver the Safer Births Bundle of Care and strengthen simulation-based learning within healthcare facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate trainings for health workers and partners.
2. Follow up with implementing partners and support programme activities.
3. Conduct supportive supervision across participating health facilities.
4. Strengthen low-dose, high-frequency simulation practice within facilities.
5. Support facility teams to build regular simulation-based learning practices.
6. Serve as a SimBegin trainer.
7. Track programme activities and implementation progress.
8. Collect and document routine programme data.
9. Share impact stories and contribute to programme learning.
10. Support quality improvement activities and stakeholder engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. A health-related degree, preferably in Midwifery, Nursing, Medicine, Public Health or a related field.
2. About 3 to 4 years of experience supporting health programmes, training or partner implementation.
3. Strong organisational and follow-through skills.
4. Willingness to travel as required.
5. Interest in simulation-based learning.
6. Interest in quality improvement.
7. Ability to work effectively with government stakeholders, health facilities and implementing partners.
