Bluemed Distribution is currently seeking to recruit a highly driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to strengthen its sales operations across designated regions in Nigeria. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in sales performance and team management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned geographical area while supervising and guiding a team of Field Sales Executives. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage customer relationships, optimize sales operations, and consistently achieve or exceed set targets.

Key Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- Proven sales experience (FMCG sector experience is highly preferred)
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in van sales and management of sales promoters is an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience
Role Expectations
