2026 Technical Graduate Trainee Programme II – Powergas Nigeria

Powergas Nigeria is inviting applications for its 2026 Technical Graduate Trainee Programme II, a structured career development initiative designed to train and prepare young graduates for careers in the Oil & Gas industry. This programme provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real operational environments across key energy facilities in Nigeria.

This second cohort focuses on operational sites located in Lagos, Rivers, Ondo, and Kogi States, offering selected candidates the opportunity to work directly within the company’s facilities and gain industry-relevant technical experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: BSc or HND (minimum of 2.1 / Upper Credit) in any Science-related discipline
  • NYSC: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps
  • Age: Not more than 28 years old
  • Graduation Year: Must have graduated within the last three (3) years
  • Must be eligible to work full-time in Nigeria
