Position: Regional Manager
Job Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for driving the expansion and overall growth of retail outlets within assigned regions. This includes identifying new business opportunities, overseeing client onboarding, and ensuring smooth implementation of operational systems.
The role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance, managing property acquisition processes, maintaining preventive maintenance standards, and implementing cost-saving initiatives, including Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) strategies to boost revenue and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive expansion of retail outlets within assigned regions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across all product lines
- Identify and generate new business leads
- Ensure timely and efficient client onboarding processes
- Follow up and resolve all pending regulatory approvals
- Oversee property acquisition processes in line with company procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to preventive maintenance schedules
- Implement cost-saving strategies and drive NFR initiatives
- Increase market share through consistent and strategic sales efforts
