1. Area Sales Manager
Location: Sokoto

Job Summary
The company seeks a results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in Sokoto, drive revenue growth, and manage distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Manage and mentor sales representatives
- Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors
- Ensure prompt payment collection and credit compliance
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Enhance brand visibility and market penetration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years FMCG sales experience (2+ years in a managerial role)
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Strong knowledge of North-West market terrain
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel within the region

Responsibilities
- Drive sales team and transport goods safely
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and routine checks
- Keep accurate movement logs
- Report accidents or damages promptly
Requirements
- FSLC / SSCE / OND / NCE qualification
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s License and LASDRI
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools
- Strong communication and reliability
- Must reside in Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, or nearby areas
