1️⃣ Senior Accountant
Location: Kano, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Supervise AP/AR and general ledger operations
- Ensure IFRS and local tax compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions
- Implement internal control procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ICAN/ACCA part-qualified or fully qualified (advantage)
- 5–7 years in accounting (manufacturing/agro-processing preferred)
- Strong IFRS, ERP, and cost accounting knowledge
2️⃣ Internal Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements
- Review procurement, inventory, production, and finance processes
- Conduct risk assessments
- Prepare audit reports and monitor corrective actions
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Audit, or related field
- ICAN/ACCA certification (advantage)
- 3–5 years auditing experience (manufacturing/FMCG preferred)
- Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management
3️⃣ Plant Supervisor – Rice Mill
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily milling, parboiling, drying, and packaging operations
- Ensure machine efficiency, quality output, minimal downtime
- Coordinate production schedules and labour allocation
- Monitor equipment and liaise with maintenance
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality control
- Prepare daily production and inventory reports
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field
- 3–6 years experience as plant/production supervisor (rice mill preferred)
- Knowledge of rice milling equipment (Satake, Buhler, etc.)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
4️⃣ Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of rice products (parboiled, long grain, etc.)
- Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends
- Conduct field visits and handle customer inquiries
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate delivery schedules
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field
- 2–5 years sales experience (rice, grains, FMCG preferred)
- Strong knowledge of rice varieties and pricing factors
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, willing to travel
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting (advantage)
