🔹 Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a reputable tertiary institution.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a reputable and structured organisation.
- General administrative experience.
- Previous experience in warehouse, stores or inventory operations.
- Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, Inventory Management, ERP or WMS systems is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and material movements.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills — a key requirement.
- Strong reporting abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
📦 What the Role Involves
The Store Clerk role is suited to candidates who have practical experience managing stock, recording material movements, reconciling inventory and maintaining accurate warehouse/store documentation.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems and strong Excel skills will give candidates an advantage.
