Role Overview:
The Universal Teller provides frontline banking services by processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include handling cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque transactions, balancing cash drawers, maintaining records, assisting customers with account services, responding to inquiries, and promoting bank products and digital banking channels.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BSc or HND holders only
- Maximum age: 30 years
- 1–3 years of experience in banking operations, teller services, or customer service
- Knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements
2. Telesales Officer – Lagos, Nigeria
Role Overview:
The Telesales Officer generates sales through outbound and inbound telephone interactions with prospective and existing customers. The role includes promoting products or services, identifying customer needs, closing sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
