The organization is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive professional to support its program unit. This role is ideal for candidates with strong research, analytical, and writing skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, performance tracking, and partnership support to ensure effective and impactful program delivery.

The Program Associate will support the planning and execution of campaigns and initiatives, working closely with the Program Lead to develop innovative strategies aligned with the organization’s mission. The role also involves maintaining project trackers, coordinating timelines, and supporting reporting processes by gathering performance data and stakeholder feedback.

In addition, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams—including Events, Creative, Communications/Publicity, Finance, and Legal—to ensure seamless implementation of program activities. Responsibilities also include organizing meetings, maintaining operational tools and documentation, and supporting process improvements for efficiency.

The role further requires active involvement in stakeholder management, including data collection for program evaluation and working with the Media Unit to enhance public engagement through traditional and digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the NGO or development sector
  • Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills
  • Demonstrated interest in governance and politics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
