Role Overview
UNICEF is recruiting a Senior Programme Associate (Data) to support humanitarian cash transfer operations using the HOPE Management Information System (MIS). The role focuses on managing beneficiary data, ensuring accurate payments, and improving programme efficiency across immunization and health interventions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain beneficiary data on HOPE MIS
- Consolidate data from multiple sources for reporting
- Prepare and monitor payment plans for beneficiaries
- Reconcile failed payments and ensure resolution
- Coordinate with field data officers and HQ teams
- Generate reports and provide data-driven insights
- Support programme accountability and efficiency

Minimum Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- Minimum of 7 years experience in data management, programme support, or cash transfer systems
- Strong knowledge of MIS tools (e.g., KoBo Collect)
- Experience with large datasets, Excel, or database systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English

- Courses in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with UN agencies or NGOs (UNICEF experience preferred)
- Knowledge of another UN language (French, Arabic, Spanish, etc.)
- Experience in humanitarian or fragile settings
