Role Overview
Nina Jojer Limited seeks a highly skilled Education and Social Sector Expert to support its expanding social sector portfolio. The role requires deep technical expertise in education and gender-related issues, strong analytical capability, and experience working in complex, multicultural, and humanitarian contexts—particularly in Northern Nigeria.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
• Sector Expertise: Demonstrated experience in education and social sector programming in Nigeria, with preference for Northern Nigeria experience.
• Thematic Focus: Proven experience addressing gender-related issues.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex qualitative and quantitative datasets to inform strategic decisions.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Additional Assets
• Experience in humanitarian or development contexts.
• Previous work with United Nations agencies or Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
• Strong background in community engagement and participatory development approaches.
