Meyer Paints is seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Promote company products and expand market reach
- Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets
🤝 Account & Customer Management
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Manage customer accounts effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships
📊 Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Identify new opportunities and potential risks
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports
🎓 Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Business or related field
- 2–4 years relevant sales experience
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques
- Experience in the paint industry is an added advantage
