Job Title: Resource Mobilisation and Development Lead

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Business, Communications, International Relations or a related field
Master’s degree is an added advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in resource mobilisation, fundraising, donor relations or business development
Proven track record of securing funding from institutional donors, foundations or corporate organisations
Strong understanding of donor funding priorities and institutional fundraising strategies
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Strong relationship building, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English, written and spoken
Experience working with NGOs, social enterprises or development organisations is an advantage
