Vic Lawrence & Associates Limited is a full‑service HR consultancy specialising in human resources, talent management and business process optimisation. The company is recruiting on behalf of First Bank. We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the following roles across Nigeria.

Position overview
These client‑facing roles will support branch and retail banking operations, drive customer acquisition, and promote bank products and services. In addition, they will ensure exceptional service delivery to retail and corporate customers. Successful candidates will represent First Bank’s brand in all activities. They will also contribute to growth targets. At the same time, candidates must maintain high standards of compliance and customer care.

Minimum qualifications
– Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
– Relevant experience preferred but entry‑level candidates with strong potential may be considered for Sales Executive roles.

Key responsibilities (typical)
– Promote and sell banking products and services to prospective and existing customers.
– Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
– Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow‑up and outreach.
– Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery.
– Achieve individual and branch sales targets and contribute to team performance.
– Maintain accurate records and comply with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Desired skills and attributes
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Customer‑centred attitude with proven ability to build trust.
– Results‑driven, proactive and organised.
– Basic numeracy and attention to detail.
– Familiarity with digital banking platforms and MS Office is an advantage.
– Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
