Think Positive Live Positive Support Initiative (TPLPI) is a youth-led, community-based organization advancing health, rights, dignity, and wellbeing for young people and marginalized communities in Nigeria.

- Human rights & gender justice
- Mental health & disability inclusion
- Advocacy, research & community mobilisation
Role Overview
The Program Officer will support the planning, coordination, implementation, and reporting of projects across multiple thematic areas.
This is a flexible, multi-program role, ideal for a passionate young woman committed to community-led development, advocacy, and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of projects across SRHR, HIV, gender justice, human rights, and more
- Coordinate trainings, outreaches, safe-space sessions, and advocacy activities
- Develop reports, concept notes, proposals, and documentation tools
- Identify funding opportunities and support proposal development
- Support donor and partner engagement
- Work with M&E team to track results and prepare reports
- Lead community mobilisation and beneficiary engagement
- Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and ethical programming
- Represent TPLPI in meetings and stakeholder engagements
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Public Health, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Law, Nursing, Education, or related field
Experience:
- 1–3 years in NGO programming, advocacy, SRHR, HIV, gender, or community development
Skills:
- Strong writing, communication, and facilitation skills
- Proposal writing and donor engagement (advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google tools
Location Requirement:
- Must be based in Lagos
