Job Summary
The PPM Cascade Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities at the state level while contributing strategically to the successful implementation of the Global Fund GC7 Project. The role ensures that TB services under the PPM model are effectively delivered and that all project targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day implementation of the PPM project at the state level
- Provide technical support and supervision to field personnel, including private healthcare providers and linkage coordinators
- Strengthen TB service delivery systems and ensure integration with HIV/AIDS services
- Support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting in line with project M&E frameworks
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
- Facilitate coordination meetings with stakeholders, including State Technical Officers and service providers
- Maintain robust M&E systems, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
- Utilize appropriate digital tools to enhance data management and reporting processes
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement corrective measures where necessary
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Demography, Public Health, Public Policy, International Development, or a related field
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation within public health projects
- Demonstrated experience in designing data collection tools and producing analytical reports
- Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools such as MS Excel, SPSS, or Stata
- Strong ICT skills, including database management and MIS development
- Solid understanding of tuberculosis control programmes and evaluation methodologies
Additional Advantages
- A Master’s degree or advanced certification in Monitoring and Evaluation
- Experience working on Global Fund-supported projects
