Position Overview

The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of parcels, documents, and shipments across designated locations. This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who can efficiently manage delivery operations while maintaining professionalism and compliance with safety standards.

Salary: ₦129,000 (gross monthly)

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and shipments within agreed timelines
• Ensure all deliveries are handled safely and reach recipients in good condition
• Verify shipment details before dispatch to ensure accuracy
• Obtain proof of delivery, including customer signatures and required documentation
• Conduct daily inspection of the assigned motorcycle and report maintenance issues promptly
• Comply with traffic regulations, safety standards, and company procedures
• Accurately update delivery status using approved company systems

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: SSCE/WAEC
• Valid Rider’s Permit and LASDRI card or equivalent documentation
• At least two (2) years of experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of road networks within assigned locations
• Physically fit and able to handle delivery demands
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude and good character
• Willingness to work Saturdays and across assigned delivery routes
