🎯 Job Summary
The Human Resource Coordinator will work closely with the HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while supporting the effective delivery of HR functions.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviews, selection)
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies
- Handle disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
Performance Management & Training
- Support performance appraisal systems and goal tracking
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management
- Analyze HR data to support decision-making
Employee Engagement
- Organize staff engagement activities
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification is an added advantage
- 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a coordinator role
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
