Tribest, a corporate support solutions provider offering people outsourcing, human resource management and capacity development services, is recruiting experienced banking professionals for the position of Relationship Manager across several locations in Northern Nigeria.

Locations: Kaduna, Kano, Kogi, Niger, Jigawa, Sokoto, Katsina, Zamfara, Bauchi and Maiduguri, Borno State

Applicants must currently be working in the banking sector. Microfinance bank experience is not eligible for this opportunity.
Candidates should have proven experience in liability generation and portfolio growth, strong relationship management and business development skills, and demonstrated ability in customer acquisition and retention.
Applicants should have a good understanding of retail, commercial and SME banking opportunities, established networks within their target locations and catchment areas, and strong knowledge of the local business environment.
The successful candidates will be expected to support business development, deposit mobilisation, customer acquisition and portfolio growth within assigned branches. Candidates should also meet the stated requirement of not less than 2B CASA capability.
Qualifications include a minimum of BSc with a Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit plus a Master’s degree. Applicants must also possess an NYSC Certificate or Exemption Letter and at least 5 O Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
Required Grades and Age:
Assistant Banking Officer: 32 to 34 years
Banking Officer: 35 to 37 years
Senior Banking Officer: 37 to 39 years
Assistant Manager: 40 to 42 years
This opportunity is particularly suitable for experienced banking professionals with strong deposit mobilisation capabilities, established customer networks and proven experience growing banking portfolios.
