🧾 Role Summary

As a Program Officer, you’ll support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of health and development programs.
This is a core NGO role combining field coordination + reporting + stakeholder engagement.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

You’ll be involved in:

  • 📌 Program Implementation – Execute project activities
  • 📊 Monitoring & Reporting – Track progress, write reports
  • 🤝 Stakeholder Coordination – Work with partners & communities
  • 🗂️ Administrative Support – Documentation & logistics
  • 📑 Compliance – Ensure donor & organizational standards
  • 🔍 Proposal/Research Support – Assist with new funding opportunities

✅ Requirements

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Public Health
    • Social Sciences
    • Development Studies
    • Nursing or related field

💼 Experience

  • 2–4 years in:
    • NGO programs
    • Public health / development work
  • Donor-funded project experience = strong advantage

💡 Skills Needed

  • Strong project coordination & organization
  • Excellent report writing & documentation
  • Good communication & stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to multitask & meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
