A reputable consulting firm has announced an exciting career opportunity for qualified and results-driven professionals to join its team as State Field Coordinators (Loan Acquisition) across Adamawa State, Delta State, and Cross River State. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦220,000 to ₦250,000, depending on experience and expertise.
The State Field Coordinator will serve as the organization’s primary representative in the assigned state, playing a critical role in driving the success of a loan acquisition project. The position involves leading stakeholder engagement efforts with key Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), identifying viable business opportunities, and ensuring the effective rollout and sustained uptake of loan products across the state.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with institutional stakeholders, coordinating field sales teams, and overseeing daily field operations. This includes organizing stakeholder meetings, delivering presentations, conducting follow-ups, and leading mobilization campaigns such as sensitization programs and onboarding sessions. The role also requires supervising Direct Sales Executives (DSEs), ensuring performance targets are met, and providing regular updates, reports, and market insights to management.
In addition, the coordinator will support loan documentation and verification processes, resolve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. They will also contribute to setting up and managing a mini field office within their assigned state.
Applicants must possess a minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, business development, or field operations. Experience working with government institutions or MDAs is an added advantage. Candidates must reside in their preferred state of application and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet targets.
