Mastercard Foundation Youth Advisory Committee
Mastercard Foundation has announced an exciting opportunity for young people across Africa to participate in a transformative initiative aimed at strengthening youth engagement and inclusion in development programming. In collaboration with key partners, the Mastercard Foundation is currently recruiting members for its Youth Advisory Committee in Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda.
This initiative is part of a broader pan-African entrepreneurship and economic empowerment program designed to equip young people with the tools, platforms, and opportunities needed to thrive in today’s dynamic environment. Through this program, selected youth will have the unique opportunity to actively contribute their perspectives, share lived experiences, and influence decision-making processes that shape impactful programs across the continent.
Members of the Youth Advisory Committee will play a vital role in identifying systemic barriers affecting young people, particularly in areas related to employment, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions that promote inclusivity, accessibility, and sustainable impact in program delivery.
