Tiko operates in Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Burkina Faso, South Africa, and Nigeria, with additional offices in Portugal, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training for newly onboarded clinics, providers, and retailers on the Tiko platform
- Ensure actors understand Tiko operations, standard operating procedures, code of conduct, and policies
- Track platform actors and ensure sufficient trained personnel at all times
- Update partners when new offers are introduced and provide training on how to access and use them
- Identify, prevent, and report fraudulent activities or breaches of procedures within the ecosystem
Requirements
- Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria
- Minimum 4 years experience in community development and public health programs (SRH)
- At least 3 years experience facilitating training or Training of Trainers (ToT)
- Proven experience developing learning programmes
- Degree in Social Science, Public Health, Community Development, or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications and messaging platforms
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Fluency in English
