U-Connect is recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Contact Center Agent (Hausa Speaker) to provide customer support to Hausa-speaking customers across Nigeria.

POSITION: CONTACT CENTER AGENT (HAUSA SPEAKER)

LOCATION: Remote — Nigeria

SALARY: N200,000

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to Hausa-speaking customers through phone, chat and other communication channels. The role requires strong communication skills, patience and the ability to resolve customer issues professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and requests professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
• Communicate fluently in Hausa and English
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in Hausa and English
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous contact center or customer service experience is an advantage
