Job Overview:
Stanbic IBTC Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead a team of Business Bankers focused on managing Tier 2 enterprise customers. The role involves onboarding new clients, maintaining proactive relationships, reactivating dormant accounts, and driving cross-selling initiatives. The successful candidate will also handle customer complaints, enhance client experience, and grow the bank’s share of wallet through consistent engagement across multiple channels.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 5–7 years’ experience in commercial or business banking
- Strong background in sales and relationship management
- Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses
- Proven ability to drive profitability and build lasting client relationships
