Breaking Barriers Project – Enhancing inclusion, safety, and resilience for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
🧩 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Conduct desk review of policies & data
✔️ Map stakeholders (NGOs, Govt, UN, OPDs, Private sector)
✔️ Map services (health, education, livelihoods, protection)
✔️ Identify resources & funding streams
✔️ Perform gap analysis (needs, overlaps, barriers)
✔️ Facilitate validation workshop
✔️ Deliver comprehensive reports & presentation

🎓 REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Advanced degree (Social Sciences/Development/Related)
✔️ Minimum 7 years experience
✔️ At least 3 years in disability inclusion
✔️ Experience in mapping & research
✔️ Strong analytical & writing skills
✔️ Knowledge of BAY region
✔️ Hausa/Kanuri is an added advantage
