Employment Type: Full-Time 

Compensation: ₦150,000 Net Monthly + Additional Benefits 

About the Role 

A reputable firm is seeking vibrant, professional, and customer-centric individuals to join its team as Contact Center Agents. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality support to customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities 

•  Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests. 

•  Issue Resolution: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools to resolve customer concerns promptly. 

•  Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, comments, and complaints within the company’s database. 

•  Customer Retention: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. 

•  Quality Service: Meet personal and team targets regarding call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements and Qualifications 

•  Academic Background: Must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline. 

•  Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a Contact Center or a frontline Customer Service role. 

•  Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal). 

•  Multilingual Advantage: High proficiency in Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba is strongly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage. 

•  Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic telecommunication tools. 

•  Interpersonal Skills: Strong active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
