About the Role
Malaria Consortium is recruiting a State Campaign Manager to lead ITN distribution activities in Borno State. The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of the ITN campaign, including macro and microplanning, advocacy, procurement, logistics, household mobilization, demand creation, and monitoring and evaluation. The State Campaign Manager will provide technical leadership and support to ensure high-quality campaign delivery in alignment with national guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination, planning, and implementation of ITN campaign activities.
- Manage recruitment, supervision, and operations of the Campaign Technical Assistants Team.
- Ensure timely procurement, distribution, and logistics of ITNs with partners.
- Coordinate training for state, LGA, community volunteers, health workers, and temporary campaign staff.
- Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure financial accountability.
- Collaborate with NMEP, SMoH, and other stakeholders to strengthen campaign delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in health or social sciences.
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in ITN mass campaigns, project implementation, and training.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Competent in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
