About the Role
Malaria Consortium is recruiting a State Campaign Manager to oversee ITN distribution activities in FCT, Abuja. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of the ITN campaign, including macro and microplanning, advocacy, procurement, logistics, household mobilization, demand creation, and monitoring and evaluation. The role provides technical leadership, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery in accordance with national guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, coordination, and implementation of ITN campaign activities.
- Supervise and manage Campaign Technical Assistants and other field staff.
- Ensure timely procurement, distribution, and logistics of ITNs.
- Coordinate training for state, LGA, community volunteers, health workers, and temporary campaign staff.
- Track performance indicators, manage budgets, and ensure financial accountability.
- Collaborate with NMEP, SMoH, and other stakeholders to strengthen campaign delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in health or social sciences.
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in ITN mass campaigns, project implementation, and training.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
