Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Agriculture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years field experience
- Knowledge of seed certification procedures
- Ability to work independently in rural locations
- Basic digital/reporting skills (Excel, WhatsApp, GPS tools)
Role Overview
The Field Officer will support certified seed production activities across project locations, coordinate farmers, monitor crop performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards. The role requires a hands-on professional comfortable working directly with farmers and rural communities.
