SKYNED Consults Corporation is currently seeking to hire a qualified and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join its growing team. This role is available across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, with hybrid work flexibility.
The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for guiding prospective students through study abroad opportunities in destinations such as the UK, Canada, Ireland, and other European countries. The successful candidate will assess student profiles to determine eligibility and recommend suitable academic programs aligned with their goals.
Key duties include managing and processing applications to partner institutions, ensuring that all required documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within specified deadlines. The role also involves actively tracking application progress, maintaining communication with institutions, and following up where necessary to ensure timely outcomes.
In addition, the Admissions Coordinator will support students through subsequent stages of the admissions process, including understanding admission offers, tuition payment procedures, and other post-acceptance requirements. Collaboration with internal departments such as marketing, compliance, and finance is essential to ensure seamless service delivery.
Applicants are expected to possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education consulting, or a related area. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as the role involves frequent interaction with students and institutional partners. Attention to detail, organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple applications simultaneously are critical for success in this position. Familiarity with study abroad processes will be considered an added advantage.
