Salary: ₦400,000 to ₦600,000
Work Schedule: 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM WAT, covering North American EST hours
Backline OutSourcing is seeking a calm, organised and highly reliable professional to provide after-hours administrative and client support for a Canadian healthcare staffing organisation.
The successful candidate will work independently as the sole on-shift operator, ensuring urgent matters are handled promptly and accurately while maintaining smooth communication with the primary team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to after-hours email inboxes within defined SLA windows
Answer inbound calls, assess urgency and escalate emergencies according to established procedures
Prepare accurate shift handover reports at the end of each shift
Review reimbursement submissions and flag discrepancies to Payroll
Research and source travel options for healthcare professionals
Escalate travel approvals when required
Update internal records, tracking logs and administrative documents
Requirements
Experience handling urgent or emergency calls professionally
Strong inbound call handling skills
Excellent written English and client-ready communication
Strong documentation and shift handover skills
Ability to make independent decisions within defined authority
Experience managing email inboxes and meeting SLA requirements
Ability to work reliably during scheduled evening hours
Additional experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, BPO, travel sourcing or reimbursement administration is an advantage.
