🧠 Role Overview
This role focuses on building clear, interactive, and automated dashboards that transform HR data into actionable insights. You’ll work with multiple datasets (e.g., MyHR, EF) to help decision-makers understand workforce trends quickly—without needing detailed explanations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Power BI Dashboard Development
- Design and manage dashboards using Power BI and Azure data sources
- Use DAX to customise and enhance reporting outputs
- Ensure dashboards meet governance, privacy, and security standards
- Implement row-level security and ensure compliance with data protection laws
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyse HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and workforce insights
- Track performance against KPIs and business goals
- Collaborate with HR teams to solve business problems using data
Automation & Process Improvement
- Automate reporting using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Improve data quality and streamline data workflows
- Manage HR reporting requests using internal systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
✅ Requirements
Essential
- Degree in Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years experience in HR data analytics or dashboard development
- Strong expertise in:
- Power BI
- Power Query
- Microsoft Excel
- Power Automate & Power Apps
- Experience working with HR datasets and reporting systems
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
Desirable
- Postgraduate certification in data analysis
- Experience with Eightfold datasets
- Knowledge of SQL and Python
