🧠 Role Overview

This role focuses on building clear, interactive, and automated dashboards that transform HR data into actionable insights. You’ll work with multiple datasets (e.g., MyHR, EF) to help decision-makers understand workforce trends quickly—without needing detailed explanations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Power BI Dashboard Development

  • Design and manage dashboards using Power BI and Azure data sources
  • Use DAX to customise and enhance reporting outputs
  • Ensure dashboards meet governance, privacy, and security standards
  • Implement row-level security and ensure compliance with data protection laws

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyse HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and workforce insights
  • Track performance against KPIs and business goals
  • Collaborate with HR teams to solve business problems using data

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Automate reporting using Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Improve data quality and streamline data workflows
  • Manage HR reporting requests using internal systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)

✅ Requirements

Essential

  • Degree in Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in HR data analytics or dashboard development
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Power BI
    • Power Query
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Power Automate & Power Apps
  • Experience working with HR datasets and reporting systems
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills

Desirable

  • Postgraduate certification in data analysis
  • Experience with Eightfold datasets
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python
