Open Space Hiring: Multiple Roles Across Nigeria (Fintech Sector)
Open Space is currently recruiting qualified and motivated professionals to join its growing fintech team across multiple locations in Nigeria. Opportunities are available for Business Development Officers, Wealth Management Officers, and Drivers.
Available Positions & Locations
1. Business Development Officers (Open Market, Open Factoring & Open Credit)
Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Ibadan & Ilorin
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND
- 1–3 years experience in fintech, banking, sales, or business development (motivated fresh graduates with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven and comfortable with field sales
- Knowledge of digital payments, POS, or fintech products (an advantage)
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to preferred location
2. Wealth Management Officers
Locations: Port Harcourt, Ilorin, Abuja, Lagos, Kano & Kaduna
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in wealth management, liability generation, or business development within a financial institution
- Proven ability to mobilize deposits and build client relationships
- Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills
- Understanding of KYC/AML compliance and financial products
3. Drivers
Locations: Port Harcourt, Kano, Kaduna, Ilorin, Ibadan & Jos
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Valid Nigerian driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- At least 3 years experience as a corporate or professional driver
- Good knowledge of road networks, traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance
- Punctual, professional, dependable, and committed to safe driving
