Role Overview
The organization is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and manage operational functions across a diverse group of companies and subsidiaries. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, designing scalable systems and processes, and driving efficient growth across multiple project sites. The successful candidate will act as a central coordinator, aligning the activities of various business units with the Group’s overarching strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Lead operations across all companies and business units within the group to ensure organizational alignment and efficiency.
• System Development: Design and implement standardized policies, operational frameworks, and systems applicable across all subsidiaries.
• Operational Oversight: Directly oversee critical functions including project management, logistics, procurement, and facilities management.
• Performance Management: Establish performance tracking mechanisms, generate comprehensive reports, and provide data-driven updates to executive leadership.
• Financial & Resource Planning: Support budgeting, cost-control initiatives, and strategic resource allocation to optimize profitability.
• Risk & Compliance: Manage operational risks and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and safety standards across all sites.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, HR, and Technical teams to ensure operational activities support company-wide goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead the adoption of new technologies to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Professional Experience: 7–10 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the construction, infrastructure, energy, or technology sectors.
• Leadership Track Record: A minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing operations across multiple companies or complex business units.
• Systems Expertise: Proven experience in establishing and refining operational systems within rapidly growing organizations.
• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 25% of the time) to support teams and oversee operations on the ground at various business sites.

• Multi-Unit Management: Expert-level ability to manage operations across a diverse group of companies.
• System Architecture: Demonstrated skill in building robust, scalable business processes and systems.
• Commercial Awareness: Strong proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and commercial strategy.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional people management skills with the ability to lead change and align multidisciplinary teams across different locations.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable and effective in leading within technology-driven work environments.
